The products are collected,
stocked, worked out and packaged in five factories located
in the area of Ravenna:
S.Andrea, Bagnacavallo, Granarolo Faentino, Sant’Alberto
and Filo di Alfonsine.
The total storage capacity is of over 130.000 cube meters,
the 70% of which is equipped with the most advanced technologies
for long-life conservation in controlled atmosphere.

Besides, Granfrutta
Zani makes use of
additional warehouses used as collecting centres in Lazio, Campania, Basilicata
and Puglia regions.
